Maria is an experienced intellectual property professional, having practised for more than 20 years in the areas of trademarks and brands.
Maria assists domestic and foreign clients with a full range of services with respect to trademark registration in Russia, including licensing agreements, and regularly represents clients before the IP Court and the Chamber of Patent Disputes.
In 2018, she became a member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) Law Committee.
Maria Stadnik is a registered Russian Trademark Attorney.
